During 1916, George af Klercker wrote and directed the films "Calle's New Clothes" (Calles Nya Klader), starring Mary Johnson and Teckla Sjoblom, and "Calle as a Millionaire" (Calle som Miljonar), starring Maja Cassel and actress Helge Kihlberg in the first film in which she was to appear.Both films were photographed by Gustaf A.
